Or might the Federal Reserve be secretly ’sharing the wealth’ of our tax dollars with many of our representatives in Washington? Ron Paul is surprised at how many young Americans understand the dire need to End the Fed.

Americans can do something: Start by getting free updates from Congressman Ron Paul and get involved in the Campaign or Liberty. On June 15, 2007, Ron Paul introduced HR 2755, Federal Reserve Abolition Act. Unfortunately -- and not entirely surprisingly -- there were no co-sponsors to the bill and no further action was taken. The legislation was referred to the House Committee on Financial Services and effectively ignored. Ignorance is bliss for only so long. Assuming HR 2755 is best for America, then who is to blame for this? Is it our representatives in the House of Representatives or is it U.S. citizens who are too uninformed and complacent to demand that their representatives take action on what they feel is best for their country?
